Naples, also known as Napoli to Italians, is a significant port city in the Campania region of southern Italy. It is the third-largest city in Italy, with 4.4 million "Neapolitans" living there.

Naples Underground 

Naples Underground (Naples Underground), a network of ancient tunnels, chambers, and passageways that run beneath the historic centre, is hidden beneath the modern streets of Naples. Napoli Sotteranea is one of the world's most extensive underground urban areas, with over 40 miles of tunnels. The Greeks initially built the network to extract stone as building materials as the city grew. Still, it was later expanded by the Romans and later by the Bourbons to be used as an aqueduct to supply the city's inhabitants with water. Later, storage rooms, escape routes, and even a bomb shelter were added to the original space.
